Have you ever experienced the power of loving what you do? Or a strong WHY?

Getting in this flow state is like having a superpower. You can overcome just about ANYTHING with it.

That's why we have a guest on this week who has mastered riding the motivation of passion: Ned “Peanut” Brown (skateboarder turned motorcycle racer turned business owner) became a skateboarding legend and built success in numerous endeavors by approaching life this way.

In this inspirational episode, in addition to his moving stories, Ned covers:

  • Keeping your focus on your goals when you have road blocks in your way
  • The importance of not letting anyone steal your joy
  • How to grapple with limits so they don't stop you

And so much more.

As Peter says at the end of this episode, if you don't have "can't" in your vocabulary, you'll find a way. Regardless of what comes your way (recession, divorce, illness) approaching life this way can help you keep getting back up no matter what happens. Let this episode be motivating for you to tackle life with confidence!

If you own a small business, you may have experienced a time of steady growth followed by a discouraging period of stagnation.

You’re not alone.

In fact, nearly all businesses go through observable “Growth Stages” that are due to shift at specific revenue levels.

This means that you as the leader have the power to launch your business out of being stalled out and into its next phase of growth. But how?

We have David Gilliland of Elite Entrepreneurs to share loads of priceless information on these ebbs and flows of business and how to navigate them. He covers:

  • How businesses operate like a car shifting gears (and how to know when you’re in the wrong gear)
  • The different roles a business owner should take on in order to progress
  • How to get rockstar people on your team (and how to approach coaching them up or coaching them out if it’s not a good fit)

And then some. David has consulted over 250 small businesses across the country, so the principles he shares in this episode come from years of coaching business owners like you to new heights.

Before discovering Lifeonaire, Tim and Stephanie Truong were struggling, both in ways they were and weren’t aware of. Tim was the dreamer; Stephanie was realistic. They struggled with communicating, they weren’t a team, and they seemed to be constantly pulling in opposite directions of each other. Maybe you and your partner can relate.

Now, they are unrecognizably different!

Since joining Lifeonaire, they’ve become a unified team. With the help of their coaches (which Stephanie refers to as their “translators and referees” for each other) they have grown massively and continue to progress towards their Vision and towards an even stronger relationship. In fact, Tim and Stephanie’s transformation have inspired so many that they were voted the 2022 Lifeonaire Students of the Year by the entire Lifeonaire community!

This is a free-flowing conversation that touches on many different ways coaching can impact people as individuals and as couples to help them reach potentials even greater than they ever imagined. Join us and listen for the elements that resonate with you, because there’s something relatable for everyone in Tim and Stephanie’s journey.

One of the simplest ways to make more sales is for your past customers to buy from you again. But how can you take advantage of this potential that might be untapped in your business? How do you maintain relationships with clients without creating mountains of work for yourself or your team?

Mychal Edelman from Keap Academy is a business growth expert. His skill-set is in helping small business owners (perhaps like yourself) expand through resources like automation. And he’s here to dive into a few essential topics that when understood and put into practice can help ANY business owner move to the next level without increasing their work-load. This episode covers:

  • Some common mistakes business owners make when approaching sales that cause them to miss opportunities (and how to avoid making these mistakes)
  • How (and why) to build trust before attempting to make a sale with a potential customer (Mychal uses a powerful analogy of a “trust bank account” that needs to stay plentiful)
  • How to balance automation and maintaining a personal connection with your customers (and some strategies you can apply)

Don’t pass up on any more chances to cultivate long-term relationships and take your business to the next level!
