We’ve all been here:

We’ve wanted to change something in our lives (our health, our spending habits, our time on our phones, etc), but we just can’t seem to break it.

Often, we will make significant progress for a few days or weeks then we find ourselves slipping up, and next thing we know, we are back where we started.

Why does this happen? And how can we shatter this cycle?

This week, Jason Wojo and Polish Peter dive into Tony Robbins’ principle of the 7 Master Steps, which are essentially 7 steps to creating change that will LAST.

In one way or another, these are the steps that anyone who is able to take the reins in their habits are using. If you too want this high level of agency in your life so you can FINALLY break free from the things that rob you of your time, resources, and health, grab a pen and paper and listen in.

For more like this, check out episode 113: 6 Human Needs with Polish Peter

As mentioned in the episode, you can fix your business in just three days at our Business Builder Workshop. So if you were moved to take action and make some changes in your life, this is your chance.

When he first joined Lifeonaire, Ned Carey felt like his life was alright…so he thought. But in reality, he was struggling. He knew something was wrong, but he couldn’t put his finger on it.

Ned got to the point where he felt like he was in a deep well where no matter how far he climbed, it felt like he was never getting closer to the top, which seemed like hundreds and hundreds of feet away.

Perhaps you relate to Ned.

Since then, everything’s changed. He’s here to share about how he got out of the well he was in, and how you too can get out of yours, and into a life of joy, hope, and fulfillment.

He shares some incredibly effective perspective shifts, but the root of what he shares is less about simple hacks and much more about the foundation that can be monumental in helping you turn things around, including:

  • Being patient, tenacious, and grateful in the journey (because all though it can seem long, your progress is far more substantial than you often realize)

  • Surrounding yourself with a loving support system

And then some.

If you are like Ned was today, you’re not alone. We hope this episode is encouraging and serves as a reminder that there’s a community full of Lifeonaires ready to walk alongside you. When she was young, Cori Fonville Foster was diagnosed with a rare incurable disease that would ultimately lead to her becoming blind.

Once she was essentially told to “go home and go blind,” Cori was devastated. She had a future planned out in the medical field that had just been completely shattered.

But she decided to take her future into her own hands. Regardless of her impending future, she knew she wanted to help people, and she was determined to make that happen, just in a different way.

Fast forward to today, and Cori is now the CEO of IROC Marketable Business Solutions where she helps small business owners get to the next level.

On the show show, she digs into two key themes that you’ll find valuable:

  1. How to hack your mind so when fears, bad news, and plan disruptions arise, you will be ready to move forward with confidence

  2. Simple strategies people getting started in business can use to get the snowball rolling so they can start making their dreams a reality

So if you are slowed down by any limiting beliefs, or you’re on the cusp of getting serious about your business but you need some tips or encouragement, don’t go anywhere!

Becoming a better person can feel like an overwhelming task.

How do you deal with the mistakes you’ll make along the way? How do you address your habits and behaviors that feel out of your control? How do you REALLY start believing you are capable of something greater?

Our guest this week, Lisa Catto, is business automation queen, and she considers herself an “Enabler of Changemakers.”

She’s risen to a potential that she was able to reach due to the personal development strategies she shares on the line today.

As Wojo says, this episode is loaded with more than gold nuggets, these are cinder blocks! Lisa covers:

  • How to hack your habits so you can stop being triggered and start making better decisions

  • The way changing your story works to help you get out of your own way

  • How to use “rails” in your life to keep you from losing momentum

  • The power of having a support system that you know has your best interest and will be honest with you (and what can happen when you learn to coachable with their feedback)

  • How to expertly tow the line between having grace for yourself when you mess up and taking responsibility so you can move forward a better you

It’s not about being perfect (none of us are). It’s about setting yourself up to inch towards a better version of yourself each day. Get ready to have some massive ahas so you too can be the king or queen of your niche, or the enabler of something incredible!
